ORNOVA LLC is a small retailer based in Puerto Rico, United States. This page explains what information we handle, why, and what we never do with it.

This website

This website is a single informational page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no forms. We do not collect any information from visitors. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation.

Our internal email tool and Google user data

We run a private, internal tool called ORNOVA n8n. It is used only by ORNOVA LLC, on the company’s own Gmail account. It is not offered to the public and no one outside the company signs in to it.

What it accesses: Read-only access to the company’s own Gmail inbox (gmail.readonly): the sender, subject, text and attachments of newly received messages.
Why: To sort incoming business email (for example, supplier price lists or account approvals) and send the company owner a notification, with any attachments, to the owner’s own private Telegram chat.
What it cannot do: It cannot send, reply to, delete, or change any email. It has no permission to do so.
Storage: Messages are processed as they arrive. The only copies kept are short-lived processing records on a private company server that is not reachable from the internet, and the notification in the owner’s own Telegram chat.
Sharing: Google user data is never sold, never shared with or transferred to third parties (other than delivering the owner’s own notification through Telegram), never used for advertising, and never used to train any AI or machine-learning model. No person other than the company owner reads it.

ORNOVA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). When the tool is retired, its access is revoked and its processing records are deleted.

Business contacts

When suppliers or partners write to us, we keep that correspondence to run our business, as any company does. We do not sell or rent contact information.

Changes and contact
